INATBA MiCA Task Force Publishes Industry Response to MiCA Regulation Proposal

The MiCA Task Force was created as an ad-hoc initiative to collect and process the ecosystem-wide response to the MiCA Regulation proposal. To realise its objectives, the MiCA Task Force created several opportunities for ecosystem stakeholders to comment on the strengths and weaknesses of the proposed regulation.

The objectives of the MiCA Task Force are (i) to provide a platform for voices in the blockchain ecosystem to be heard, (ii) to evaluate and gather feedback on the proposed regulations, (iii) to present community feedback to EU member states, the European Commission, and European Parliament and (iv) to leverage INATBA’s platform to ensure feedback reaches decision-makers.

This report is the outcome of these objectives that will be shared widely with ecosystem members and policymakers. It represents a portion of INATBA’s work on MiCA, including an internal task force response, an official policy document and numerous meetings with key stakeholders.
