5th INATBA Podcast: Discover erable° – The Solution for Investing in Tomorrow’s Circular Economy with Innovative Assets

In May, the Social Impact and Sustainability Working Group-SISWG of the International Association for Trusted Blockchain Applications-INATBA launched a new podcast series focused on ReFi and financial inclusion. The series is aimed at highlighting the potential of blockchain and DLT in addressing social and sustainability issues such as climate change, poverty, and inequality, among others covered by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

You can listen to the 5th podcast here featuring Lorna Hutchman (Blockchain.com) as the Host and Vincent Katchavenda (erable°) as the Guest.

In this episode, we spotlight erable°, a platform revolutionizing investment in the future economy through innovative assets. Founded by Vincent Katchavenda (CEO), erable° aims to reshape traditional economic value chains by fostering alignment of interests, particularly with consumers. They offer non-dilutive financing and the opportunity to build a community of investor ambassadors for circular economy businesses, enabling growth while championing sustainability.

The SISWG’s primary mission is to raise awareness about the potential of blockchain for social impact and sustainability. To achieve this, the SISWG relies on the work of organizations that develop projects and use cases showcasing the power of blockchain to tackle systemic issues such as inequality, poverty, and climate change. Some of the most interesting blockchain use cases and applications converge on financial inclusion and restorative finance- ReFi, which prioritizes the health and resilience of ecosystems, communities, and the planet over financial gain.

To promote the impact of organizations and projects working towards social impact and sustainability topics, the SISWG, in collaboration with BlockLeaders and Lisa Gibbons, has created a series of podcasts that feature guest speakers from different projects worldwide. The monthly episodes present a project, their use case, the challenges and opportunities that the project faces, how they measure impact, and finally, how others can connect and interact with them.
